My old TV finally gave up and died on me this week. I was thinking of replacing it with one of the Panasonic Plasma displays. I just hate the idea of going with another large/heavy tube TV.

Here is the problem -- the only thing I can feed it is via my Avcast - so it would be an RF connection.

Any ideas of how this would look on the 37" Panasonic plasma? Avcast worked well with my CRT's, but I have a feeling it wont look too great on the plasma.

My alternative is to move the DTiVo to the plasma location, use SVIDEO to the plasma, and then Avcast out to the other locations from there. This is a lot more work and i'd rather not do it. What would the PQ be like via SVIDEO? Would it be worth the extra work?

The plasma would be replacing a 27" CRT.

Thanks.
