Never purchased a projector preseason. Is it too early to expect some price drops? Do prices actually drop on the older models? In reference to the top sellers, prices haven't changed on these units in several months. Should I keep waiting if I'm going with one of last years top picks? Thanks for any thoughts.

You might see a few clearance deals, but rarely much. I think most manufactures are pretty close to just in time, so there is not a LOT of product in the channel.
