Has there been a confirmed way to tell when a HD-DVD might of been pressed?
On most of the disc that I have the pressing date (the set of number that can be read need the hub is a bar code).
Most are with in 30days of the release date...
But I just got one of the "few" copies of "Eyes Wide Shut" that DeepDiscount had for sale about two weeks ago.. and it looks as if the date is.. 04/2009?!?!
On the laser side of the disc are three bar code rings near the hub.
The pressing date that I have been seeing is on the inside "clear" ring, as the other two are "Blue/Green", then "Silver", the the Data track which takes up the reset of the disc.
Yes I am using a magnafying glass and have to hold the disc at an angle.
