Price drop on Blu-Ray movies anytime soon?

Deals pop up from time to time (for example the bestbuy, buy 1 get 1 free, or google checkout at buy.com), and many are available right now for $19.95 at Amazon. I would not expect a reduction in MSRP for some time.
Fry's also usually has deals on Blu-Ray movies.
If HD DVD becomes more popular or more studios become format neutral, BD may drop in price to compete. If BD wins outright, we may be stuck with the high prices for some time to come.
It appears Fox will offer its Day and Date releases for $19.99 as they are doing for Borat, so that is a step in the right direction.
I expect Blu-ray prices to be around $20.00 to $25.00 for the most part of 2007.
