Not sure if this is the place to ask, but it seems there's not much discounting on the Plus Piano projector.


Am I wrong about this? Is there a decent street price?

I haven't seen any discounting whatsoever... every online posting I have seen has been list price ($2999 USD).

If you are going to answer Joe's question,I have no problem with anyone posting what a "decent" street price is but please don't include a dealers name as well.It will only open a can of worms once other dealers catch wind.

Plus controls the sale of the Piano and has established a standard selling price within each country that it sells the Piano. As far as I know all sales are processed through Plus. In Canada a dealer may demonstrate the projector; but, there is no negotiations on the price, unless Plus establishes a discount. Even if you purchase the device at the dealer the agreement is made with Plus. In my case the projector was sent to the dealer with my name assigned to an actual unit from the Canadian distributor. In this case the dealer received a commission. Even had I dealt directly with Plus, through the Internet, the price would have been the same.


I personally don’t mind this as the price is the same for all and for me this means equity. I consider the price fair.

Periodically, Plus offers incentives for current owners to refer new customers. $100 off the Piano for the new buyer and a gift certificate for the person referring. That's about the extent of any movement off list I'm aware of.
