This may be a dumb question, but ...
Here's my deal: I currently have a single, old RCA receiver that D* refers to as my "primary" receiver. I have an HD TiVo on order, and when that arrives, I would like to make that my "primary" receiver, and mirror the service onto the RCA.
Does it make any difference to D* which receiver is the "primary," and if so, do they allow you to decide yourself which one it will be? I realize that this is more of a "name game" than anything else, but at some point I will probably replace that RCA with an SD TiVo, and it seemed like that might be easier to do if it was a mirrored receiver, rather than the primary.
