Just installed Wondows MCE2005 and can not install MSN Messenger. At the end of installation I am getting an error message.
"An error occurred during the installation of assembly 'Microsoft.Windows.Networking.RtcDll,type="win32",version="5 .2.2.1",publicKeyToken="6595b64144ccf1df",processorArchitect ure="x86"'. Pleaes refer to Help and Support for more information. HRESULT: 0x80070002."
At this point a diaolog box pops up saying MSN Messenger 6.2 was not installed.
A new error dialogue box pops up after that saying
"MSN Messenger setup has failed with error code: '1603'. Please go to the MSN Messenger Web site and download the software from there.
Does anyone have any idea's here? I've tried MSN 6.2, and 7. Windows messenger is awful, so hopefully i will not be reduced to using that. I am trying to avoid running 2 OS partitions just for this reason.
I appreciate any help or suggestions anyone may have.
