My NEC plasma (42PD1) is a 'public display' model. Now I want to use it in my home for a Television. I'm not sure about how to go about getting an HD signal to display on it. I can't even hook up my DVD by the component video outputs, which I understand are much better than S-video or composite video.
Is there an HD receiver that outputs in one of these 3 formats that my plasma accepts:
RGB--15 pin
5- BNC (RGBHV)
DVI
Also, I'm not sure that my plasma would even take an HD signal. It has a native resolution of 853x480. But I don't know where that leaves me as far as sending it Hi Def signals (like 1080i).
What are my best options?
Thanks
