I have a BG801(no s) fairly well set up. I understand about image,raster,phosphor and phase shift. for use the maximum phosphor area. H - size set at 99. raster filled the crt face but the image very samll. about less than 2/3" f orm edge of the phosphor at the widest corners. help me!

What is your source? There is an adjustment you can make on the SMPS to increase width, but I hesitate to give it if you can make your source wider to fill the available raster.

SMPS = Switched Mode Power Supply.


Its not exactly a fun device to play with unless you know what you are doing.


By source, Mike was asking what device specifically. You say DVD, but what brand/model DVD player is it? Is there a scaler between the DVD player and the projector?
