Your best bet is to call them and leave a message(s). They will get back to you. My Legend need a new amp and they sent me a replacement one three days after I got in touch with them. It's just a few people running the place so be patient. I know how it is, I've been there so hang tight. Chad (epik ower) stands by is products and he will make it right.
