I have a 9600xt all in wonder. I have tried plugging in my cable from the cable box to the TV through both S-video and coax. The PC only recognizes channel 3 through both of these inputs. I have to use the cable box remote to change channels. So I have no way of recording a show unless I leave the cable box on that particular channel. Is there some way around this? Thanks.

If you use a 2-way splitter on the cable before it reaches the cable box and hook one output each to the cable box and the AIW, you will be able to operate the AIW tuner independent of the cable box tuner. Choose a splitter with 1GHz or more bandwidth.

The problem with that is that I can only get about 20 channels without using the cable box.
