I have the same TV with no problem at the moment...

First you need to know if it's related to your comcast box or TV. Try connecting another device to the same imput (HDMI probably) and see if the green lines disapear! Also in the TV menu reset the image setting!

What image aspect ratio are you using? If you are using Just Scan it most likely, a 99% chance it's the cable box doing it, try setting it to 16x9, it will overscan the edges of the image by like 2% but it will eliminate the green bar most likely.

Just Scan mode display the 100% native image of the source, I get white bars about the same size as your green one, on the bottom and right side of my screen on certain PS3 games when I just Just Scan on my A750

I was in just scan mode at the time.I did change it to 16x9 and it went away, but when I tried to manually crop the screen it was there.
