I've sent an e-mail to ReplayTV support but just in case:

SciFi started a west coast feed on 10/23. Here in Seattle, the west coast feed is in effect on AT&T cable. However, the Replay Channel Guide is using the east coast feed so everything is 3 hours off.

I am seriously impressed with ReplayTV customer care.

My initial e-mail was sent at about 6:30pm PDT and I had a response by 7:30pm PDT. This morning the new SCIFIP (pacific feed) channel was there.

Grrrr....

Yeah, mine too. My replay guide now says that Babylon 5 is on at 7 when it was actually still on at 4 today (Walnut Creek, CA with ATT digital cable). Sucks to miss the season closer http://www.avsforum.com/ubb/frown.gif

Now I can't record it at all since I don't know WHERE it's gonna be. (Besides, my wife's soap is already guarenteed at 7pm http://www.avsforum.com/ubb/frown.gif ) There must be a lag between when the channel guide and actual channel change.

Contact your cable company to see when they are switching to the new feed -- then send an e-mail to replay customer care with that date. Include your listings name (i.e AT&T Broadband Rebuild), and zip code and they should keep the guide and the actual channel in sync.

As it is I missed taping the first two days of this week but I'll just tape them again when it cycles back around again. (I'm re-recording it since it's in letterbox; although the FX shots are cropped *shrug*)
