I have a Panasonic CT30wx54j and when there is a ticker or straight lines near the top or bottom of the screen i can see that my picture is slightly skewed. I can see that the top right of the picture comes down and the bottom right of the screen comes up. I tried geometric correction in the setting but that didn't help. Anyone with experience in fixing this your help and advice would be much appreciated.

Geometry adjustments are difficult on direct view CRTs. You have to understand not only the specific adjustments available on a given set, but also how positioning the yoke on the CRT interacts with geometry, convergence, and purity. It is not a trivial matter.

I suggest that the first thing you do is contact a Panasonic parts distributor and get the service manual, review the procedures for geometry, record all settings and mark everything before you start.
