So I just wasted an hour with Sony Support, so I figured I'd go where I should have gone in the first place.


Anyway, my KDF-E55A20 is 3 1/2 years old. Video AND audio go out in 20-30 second intervals about once a minute. Problem started about two days ago and was about once per hour then and lasted about half the time. Green power light stays on. No indicator saying lamp needs to be replaced. Have tried every reset imaginable. Nothing solves problem.


Any thoughts?

Try the Rear Projection section under Display Devices, this area is more for digital/HD reception hardware...
