Problem with Yam RX-V620...

264 Views 1 Reply 2 Participants Last post by  skilback
I have a Yam RX-V620 receiver. My speakers are Klipsch. The problem is, and I just noticed it, when I turn the unit up to -20 or higher, I hear a static clicking noise out of the L & R channels. Everything else is fine. I tried switching from DVD to Cable to Tuner and all have the noise. With the tuner it's not as noticeable because -40 is very loud. I also switched the A leads with B and the noise is still there. Any help?

Dan,

I have exactly the same problem with my RX-V620 unit! I thought I was going nuts. :D

I will be dropping mine off for warranty attention soon. Did you ever determine the cause, or find a resolution?

Thanks!

cheers,

Sean
