I have a Yamaha v661 receiver, i have 4 polk r50's and a polk cs2 hooked up to it. i just recently noticed that my fronts arent on, i havent really cranked it in a while and with the center i hadnt really noticed that they were off until i put in ironman and cranked it and noticed a difference. its a problem with the receiver as ive switched the the speakers around and they all work. for some reason the receiver isnt putting anything to the fronts. Now ive tried messing with the settings on the receiver but i cant get them to work.
So my question is there anything i can do to try and remedy this on/in the receiver? the warranty is up, but will yamaha be able to fix it if i send it in? am i just screwed? if i am should i upgrade or stick with the same receiver, if upgrade what is a good upgrade??
