I've been trying for several days to download the HiPix 2.31 application upgrade from the Telemann site.


Both the primary and secondary source URL's indicate they are pointing to a zip file but I go to a Korean page without the download.


I've written Telemann twice but received no reply.


If anyone could email me a copy I'd appreciate it.
