Since I bought PowerDVD on Oct 17, and a free upgrade is supposedly available if you apply to Cyberlink between Nov 15 and Nov 30 (if you bought it after Oct 1), I went to their site to try to do just that, but found myself unable to submit an online support request, and then found that emails sent to webmaster and sales there are returned. Has anyone else experienced this, or gotten through?
