OK, so I got my PJ mounted in a custom cabinet, got everything done "by the book" to the millionth of the damn inch. But when I turned on all three CRTs after I finished conversion a thick white line appeared on top of the screen with a halo from one end to another (starts at one end of the line and ends in another). This line and halo disapear when I switch of either of the three CRTs.

None of the convergence settings seem to make a difference. If amplitude is chnaged, it just moves together with that setting.

BTW, the resolution I am working with is 1024X768 at about 60Mhz.

Any ideas where I have screwed up?

This sounds like the AKB (Auto Kelvin Balance) line. If this is indeed that line, then Press INFO, then scroll down to AKB and Press ENTER. Then select OFF.

If the projector is used in the AKB OFF for an extended period, it could affect the white balance settings. To avoid this, set AKB to ON periodically.
