Well, here goes..


last night I helped a friend hook up his new Sanyo PLV30 along with an iScan and a Pioneer DV-737. There is however a small problem that I have read others also have. Now and then the projector goes inte blue screen mode and then back again and if you had the PLV30 set to wide it is set at normal when the picture re appears.


From what I´ve read it seems to be something with the sync signal from the iScan. Anybody have any good ideas and solutions how to eliminate this problem and get the best result possible?

i think that this is a software bug of the plv 30. try to make an upgrade to version 79.

So how do I know what software version there is? Is there some menu in the setup where this is shown or what...?

I have used an iScan+v2 with the PLV-60 and a Pioneer 414 DVD player for many hours and have not had the 'blue screen' dropout.


Oops. You said PLV-"30".
