I have a 5 yr old PDSW115 JBL Sub and a power surge blew one of the capacitors. I called JBL (phones were busy) and ended up leaving a message. got a call back within an hour. explained the problem and the guy told me to ship it to a place in CA (I'm in Tx) for the repair, JBL will cover the part, I cover labor. total cost labor + ship was $65 door to door. He never asked how old the product was, If I registered it or had original reciepts, Just "we will get it fixed". I was impressed. Anyone else have good stories from manufactures to share?
