Program Harmony 550 to skip back 8 seconds???

Hi, I'd like to program my new Harmony 550 to work with my Cablevision HD DVR 8300HD and the only feature I can't firgure out is the 'skip back 8 seconds' on the cablevision remote...

Can someone tell me how to program this (in detail)?

Also, there is a 'Settings' up/down button on the Cablevision remote that I'd like to program...

can someone please help me? Thanks!

Do you have the old remote? If so just take either the A or B button on the 550 and learn the function from the old one.
