projector lamp life with good brightness ambient temp is 32 to 36c

hi everybody-----------


how many people are there whose projector lamp life with good brightness reaches till 1500 lamp hours or more or lesser also-----

----specifically----- those who are living in hot countries where ambient surrounding temperature is between 32 to 36 celcius

-------------please submit your experiences---along with extra cooling procedures if anything taken

I think you will find very few as mentioned in your other threads on the topic.

My guess is most people living in climates that hot that can afford a front projection setup will also have air conditioning for their room bringing the room down to 22-24 C along with the projector.


In the USA the lowest cost to get into FP for a projector alone is $500 and a suitable window AC unit to cool one room is around $150. One of the selling points in the early days of cinema here were that the theaters were air-conditioned. They even had big signs out front announcing such. :D
