My guess is most people living in climates that hot that can afford a front projection setup will also have air conditioning for their room bringing the room down to 22-24 C along with the projector.
In the USA the lowest cost to get into FP for a projector alone is $500 and a suitable window AC unit to cool one room is around $150. One of the selling points in the early days of cinema here were that the theaters were air-conditioned. They even had big signs out front announcing such.
