Hi,


I noticed that when someone at home switches off or on a light (downstairs), the projector (which is upstairs) momentarily (less than a second) blanks/blinks.


Any idea why this happens? Does this do the projector any harm? And what can I do to prevent this (other than not switching on/off other electrical appliances)

I don't know what the problem is but if switching on/off lights causes it my guess would be a drop in voltage. Try plugging the pj into an outlet that is on a different breaker then the lights in your house.


A fluke meter will help diagnose the problem.
