I have a Toshiba Mt 8 and Stewart firehawk and despite using black outs to make the room pitch black, the amount of light the projector produces makes the picture overly bright and turns blacks to greys - is there any way to combat this? My projector has been calibrated and so the picture brightness/contrast settings are "correct"
Would painting the wall around the screen a black colour help? Would painting the ceiling black (its ceiling mounted) help avoid the light deflection?
Regards to all
