From my research the last week or so it seems that projector technology is marching forward very quickly right now.

Has this led anyone to consider leasing their projector instead of outright buying it?

Canadians in the GTA area if you have any info on projector leasing it would be greatly appreciated.

Projector leases are horribly expensive. Like, $200 a day or $700 a week for something like an Infocus LP350. You'd be far better off just buying a cheaper projector right now like an LT150 and then selling it on the used market once you find your 'dream' projector.

I could see renting being that expensive.

If leasing is that expensive then it is obviously not a viable option.

Followup post - leasing is an option and is around 200 - 300 a month depending on time frame etc.
