HELP
My system is controlled by the 7000 via the pronto rf transmitter.
My system includes a DIsh hd811.
The system worked fine until a few days ago when Dish sent out a software update for the hd811. Since then the hd811 is somehow interfering with my pronto rf receiver. When the the 811 is powered up the pronto will not control my other devises. When powered down the pronto remote works fine. I have changed the channels on both the hd811 and the pronto but that does not help.
Somehow the 811 is emitting some rf interference.
Any suggestions?
