I'm not sure exactly what you are asking but I think you are asking if the TSU2000 controls lighting systems. If so the answer is yes and no, if you have a lighting system that is controlled by IR (doubtful) then yes it would work directly with it. If your lighting system is controlled by RF, the remote won't work unless there is some type of RF to IR converter that the remote can talk to. If you use X10 which is RF there is a IR converter available that does just that.

I am still in the process of buying all of my HT components and I had lighting and this remote in mind. So I guess I will purchase a lighting system with IR . Sorry about not posting my second question. Actually now there is an additional one .
1) Does this remote control dimming?
2) Does anyone know of good, dimming IR lighting systems (that hopefully is not too expensive)?
