[DVD Freaky]

I've been through 3 Vita's now and they all had the same issue. When it goes into standby mode, downloads pause. I DO have the option checked, to enable WI-FI when in standby mode.


Does anyone know how to keep a download going once the Vita goes into standby? I don't want to keep pushing a button every few minutes on the Vita, just so it won't go into standby mode. You should be able to walk away from your Vita and know that it will continue its download task uninterrupted.

Yeah, I have this same problem. Sony had it fixed for a while, but another update messed it up again. If you play music (put it on repeat and turn down volume to save battery life if not plugged in) while downloading, then the wi fi will stay on in sleep mode. Kind of a pain, but it will have to do until Sony fixes it.
