I got home today and my wife told me that the TV did this sometime today, but nobody hit the TV or anything. It just happened, but she wasn't looking.
It looks like the green tube has just gone way out of whack. I attached a picture of what happened.
The TV is under warranty but they can't even come look at until a week from today! Does anybody know what happened and perhaps how it can be fixed? This is a PT47WX42 (I'm quite sure of the numbers, but not the letters). Thanks for any advice...
