I love my ReplayTV!

But being limited to 99 channels is a bummer when my cable service has a lot of interesting stuff in the "digital" channels above 99.

Time Warner Cable in Southern California gave us a PVR that does work, and is very annoying compared to ReplayTV.

I would like to get a PVR or PC based PVR with 3 or 4 tuners that can record the Time Warner Digital Channels.

The TV is not high-def and we don't have premium channels (yet)

I am confused by the Clear QAM stuff, it all appears to be related to high-def tv, I just want to record the Time Warner Channels above 99.

Thanks!

There isn't any reason the RTV can't record channels above 99. I have TWC in San Antonio and use an HD cable box to record the HD channels using the VCR outputs on the back of the HD STB. The IR blaster runs it just fine and everything is great. I may not have actual HD content, but recordings of the HD channels look fantastic!
