I just got a Pyle hybrid amp P3201ATU http:www.pylep3201atu.info/specifications.php What ever speakers i hook on this thing its really low, the Volume goes to 62 or so but i can only get to like 30-35 before it starts going haywire, i know this isn't a 3000watt amp but i though it could pump a single 8phm pair. Anyone know what could be the problem?

Can you go into more detail about how it goes haywire when pushed?
Could actually be malfunctioning. I have no experience with the Pyle except that most that buy them seem to replace them shortly after.
Basically you bought a low end amp and it is performing as such?

Pyle dodged the word 'receiver' when they named that. Its a pile all right - and it steams.
For that price you could have gotten an Onkyo 8255 receiver - no - it won't play your USB thumb drive but it'll play your ipod if you use the analog side of the ipod. I use one in my garage/shop and it works great - drives 4 speakers and never complains. Join the Onkyo 'club' and you'll get that for under $100 with free shipping.
