Not too familiar with how Comcast deals in QAM, since Cleveland deals in either Time Warner or Cox, primarily, but Cox's QAM is actually pretty good. Both the video and sound almost makes their QAM feel almost like OTA HD in terms of quality of the feed. Really can't help you with Comcast, tho. I'd talk with your cable representative for support on that issue.
