What kind of advantages or disadvantages can we expect from Samsung's quantum dot blue oled trchnology compared to the current LG white oled technology? Discuss.

It all depends on if they're able to work out the color filter or blue layer issues. If they have to go with a 3 layer stack, it will definitely cost more as a disadvantage. As an advantage, it should achieve higher color volume in an emissive display due to the quantum dots.
