I am trying to put together a new system, going away from my current sonus faber 5.1 setup.
I want to put together a set whereby all 7 speakers are identical, and all speakers have their own monoblock.
I feel that with multichannel amps one loses flexibility and sound quality. What can be better than having all separated.
Are there any other amps that can compete with the Bryston 7B-SST ?
Also, would you advise on using standmounters or floorstanders? (Since they will be cut off at say 50-80Hz due to the two subs I want to use.
Thanks
