Hello,

I am getting a new projector and it is my intention to actually ceiling mount this one. For reference, this is how my projector will be:

The ceiling is really high and that is my only option. Being that I am a renter, not owner of the house I am currently in, I cannot drill a hole to run cables up through the pillar and over to the projector. I am going to have to run them up the backside of the pillar and over. What are some things I can use to pin the cable to the wall, as I have never had to do this before, I really have no clue of what hardware I will need to do it.

Thanks for the help in advance,

Ryan

Nice rendering. There are many styles of clamps, staples, tubes, wraps etc. Everything from little plastic U shaped clamps with one or two nails to an amazing variety of stick on ties, clamps and holders. Google is your friend.

Go to Lowes and tell them that you are looking for "1/2" Plastic Insulated Staples." They'll work well with speaker wire or 14-2 or 12-2 wire. They are in the electrical aisle by wire nuts, wire connectors, etc. They'll look like this:

Good Luck!
