I need a receiver which has dual voltage capability (110/230). I checked 250/300 manual and it seems they have a kind of switch to select appropriate voltage level on the back of the equipment. If you don't mind, :eek: can you look at your receiver and verify that they have really a kind of switch. Thanks.

Just checked and my 300 definitely has the switch. It is in the upper right hand corner.

I don't know about the 250, but it is similar to the 300 in most respects, and I don't see why they would leave out that feature, especially if the manual says it is present.


I've had my 300 for a year now, and am still very happy with it. It's an excellent piece of equipment.

The AVR250 has a voltage selector switch as well.
