Your situation may well lie in the uniqueness of that Access card which most of us have never used. Since the Dish sync's up that would seem to point towards the card. But it worked with the Pany. Confuzion reigns. Hopefully someone else with a similar combo will come with an answer. It could be the card has no adjustment to make either. Have you asked the manufacturer of the card your question?
