Kind of a newbie question, but need to know! Are either of the two 15-pin/RGB connections on the NEC XG's(751) useable inputs for display? If so which of the two, "remote" or "option" do I use? If not what is thier function? I know not just to puzzle the heck out of me!

no, they are control ports only, for connection to an external controller or the ISS switcher, or a direct serial connection to a PC to use the NEC PJ control software.

Hey, thanks for clearing that up! Now you wouldn't know where I can locate an extra RGBHV input card, would you?

You can buy a moome Component/DVI-D (non HDCP) input card for about $225, if that helps. I got one and like it alot. The two seperate inputs on one card brings alot of options.

Hey, is the card straightforward plug and play without the need of an additional transcoder? What sources are you using and how are the blacks?
