Question on SD RPTV Resale Value

Alright to ask questions regarding resale value of RPTVs here? More to the point, I want to sell mine (9yr old RCA 56" in tiptop shape) and don't really know what would be a reasonable starting price to put in the local paper.

I had a 10 yr old CRT in good shape & it took a while just to have someone take it away for free.
Might make more doing it as a donation to a non profit and taing the tax write off. If it's in tip top shape? They'd be glad to get it I am sure.
You might try craigslist.org if you have one in your area. Under $100 will usually get craiglisters to come and buy things.
I sold a perfect '99 model 4/3 analog Hitachi Ultravision for $200 a few months ago.
Have Goodwill or other like organization come get it..it's not really worth squat...especially being an RCA brand.
Well, that's all kinda depressing.
Perfectly good bigscreen TV (I dunno... RCA used to make a fine TV - this one sure has a nice pic) and it's worth so little. Wish I had a place to put it in the basement.

What is the model number? You can look on ebay to see what they have sold for recently.

Can I ask what you were expecting for a price?

The same reason your not wanting to keep it is the same reason no one would want to buy it. It's ancient tech in electronic terms.
