I recently purchased a 3D BluRay from Amazon (sold by "xyz", fulfilled by Amazon) that has the PROMOTIONAL DISC - NOT FOR INDIVIDUAL SALE notice on the back of the BD case.
The item is IMAX: Under the Sea 3D (Single-Disc Blu-ray 3D/Blu-ray Combo) (2010).
Does this mean that this was a freebie at one point...and that it is illegal for Amazon to sell?
