OK, here goes..
I have been told i need a digital decoder to convert an optical cable to 6 RCA's (to a 6 connections on the back of a subwoofer - Front Left, Front Right, Rear Left, Rear Right, Center and Subwoofer).
I have been told a Creative DDTS-100 will do the trick but after reading up on it, i don't fully understand the connections. The optical cable will go into the 'Audio Input' section on it alright but the audio output only has the 3 connections (Front, Rear, Subwoofer / Rear Center) which then go to a switch box which have another 3 connections (FL / FR, RL / RR, C / SW).... so how do i use these 3 connections with the 5 connections i need to fill?
I've probably lost you here's one or two diagrams:
Diagram of Connections
Audio Input / Outputs on back of decoder
