I am considering upgrading to a HR-44 Genie from Directv.

I was wondering what some of the features where and some of the Audio/video Inputs/Outputs that are coming from the machine. I currently own 6 DVD Recorders and 1 Blu-ray Disc Recorder, can I hook up this genie to a multi-regional Panasonic DVD Recorder to the HR-44 Genie?

Why would you want to hook any of that stuff up to the Genie? Hook it up to your TV set....

The HR44 has pretty much the exact same hookups as any of the other DirecTV HD-DVRs. HDMI, Component, Composite, stereo audio, digital coaxial and optical audio ouputs.
