Hi:


I am putting up 2 layers of Linacoustic RC behind my false wall.

Should I also put linacoustic on the ceiling behind the false wall.

I have plenty of it left so I can do it if it will help.

I am also building a platform to raise my LCR speakers so I will put linacoustinc on top of the platform before putting my speakers. Let me know if this makes sense. I am putting linacoustic on the platform to avoid painting it black. I can paint it black if that will work better.

There is a certain logic in treating all hard surfaces behind the false wall, even those that might not directly face the seating.

Sure, but even better would be to put something thick up there (ceiling / wall intersection behind the screen) for more bass trapping, if you don't need the space for anything else.
