I know the general consensus is to not use the plug on the back of a reciever, but what about 2-25w bulbs I use as back lights? I have a 56txi reciever if that mtter, and the rating is 100W by .8amps

Thanks,

budd

I was hoping someone could provide some thought. Basically I want to make sure sound quality won't be affected as well as the reciever.

Using 2 25 watt bulbs will be fing as long as you don't go over the rated output.

Thanks, I was just making sure before I did it. I have read before that it is recommended not to use the plug on the backl of the reciever for anything, butt his would make it very convienent for the backlights to come on as soon as you hit the power on the reciever.

Thanks,

Budd

PS--120v for 25Wx2 should be 50W and .4amps right? (within 100W and .8amps)
