Can someone tell me the dimensions of the box the Panny 50 7UY comes in?


I'm not sure if it will fit thru my doorways (and I'd rather not take it out of the box outdoors)

I can't imagine the box being wider than a standard doorwidth. That should be your least worry. My 42PWD4UY box wasn't very wide.

I just got the 50. You will have no problem getting the box though doorways, even REALLY NARROW doorways.

Hi BruZZi. Pulled the "trigger" as the saying goes on the 50PHD7UY last week. The box really looks huge when delivered, but there is a box inside the outer box.


The outer box measures: 571/2" (w) x 361/2" (h) x 17/1/2' (d)

My 50" came from VA with a rather large, unmarked box held over the others with a metal band. After cutting the band that lifts off. The next box is marked completely, and again lifts off after removing these plastic tabs that link the boxes together. The interior box comes off the base the same way. TV sets in styrofoam and in covered in plastic.


You'll have no problem getting in through the door for the same reason you bought it -- it's thin.



My 42# Panny purchased 2 years ago came on a pallet. I guess they are getting away from that. Anyway, TV came through in perfect same despite dings in the outboxes.

What are the dimensions of the inner box? I'm trying to figure out how many I can fit in my CRV since my coworkers and I may do a bulk purchase and skip the shipping.

Again, not sure if everyone ships it with the three box configuration I received. I wouldn't move it unless it was at least doubled boxed though.


Not up to taking the boxes apart again to measure the inner box. Sorry. But the size of the box you'd likely get from a local store (factory shipping) is 37"high, 57" long, and 17 inches wide. I'd estimate the inner box at 36" x 56" x 16.5"
