Thanks for the link, Ray. However, that review is for the Prime series; I'm interested in the Ultra series. The Prime surrounds use a keyhole style mount, and the Ultras use a bracket. They may mount about the same distance from the wall, though. And I can't tell for sure whether the Ultra Surrounds are rear-ported, as are the Primes.
I asked the question not because of rear port concerns, but rather because I'd like to mount the surrounds so that they hide my 12AWG speaker wire where it comes out of the wall. I could probably mount the speakers so that the wire terminals are directly in front of the hole where the wire exits the wall, then push the wire back into the wall as I hang the speaker.
