What does MDD/MCD Mean? I noticed "ONKYO TX-SR606 MDD/MDC" Printed on all the Onkyo TX-SR606 receivers on the back bottom right. I looked at mine and there is nothing printed there. I bought it less than a year ago in Canada so I'm just wondering whats up. Other than that everything else looks the same. Thanks
