If I already have a bluray player, but want to look at getting into the media server arena to play my BD and standard DVD's from a NAS...am I better off with a popcorn hour or dune 3.0 base or is there a better solution for me?

One thing that I surely will want from any of the BD's that I stream from the NAS, is the ability to play them with the HD Audio Codecs...so, even though my head is spinning, it looks like that seriously limits my choices to the 2 I mentioned above...correct??? I know the popcorn will do the HD Codecs via pass through, but if I'm using a Denon 3310...does it really matter...I probably want the Denon doing the decoding anyway...right??? Thanks.

I'm a hugh fan of the Dune. It works, works well, and works right out of the box. I have one hooked up to my Onkyo 805 and I plays the bluray iso's perfectly, without any loss of HD sound

A couple of questions about the Dune player if you don't mind:

1. When you play these ISO files do you see the normal BD menu or does the movie just play?

2. Can you jump to chapters like you can with an actual BD disk?

I was just watching the blu-ray last nite that I ripped using anydvdhd and it had full menus and I was able to jump chapters, fast forward, reverse, pause and of course play

I heard a lot of people recommend Dune. What's good about it? Is there any video online that showcases the Dunes' user interface in various screens?

i want to know how it looks. Thanks.
